Richard DeBorde , Realtor®
Richard DeBorde is a native of the Savannah area, growing up in the Savannah Sugar Refinery Village. A graduate of the University of Chicago School of Respiratory Thearpy, Richard worked in the healthcare system in Savannah for over 30 years. Serving as President of the Georgia Society for Respiratory Care on 3 occasions gave Richard the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of professionals in many fields.
After early retirement he opened DeBorde Restorations with his son Jimmy in 1994. The company continues to provide Southeast Georgia with quality furniture restoration services.
Richard has been a Parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church for over 15 years and he continues to play an active role in the Parish. He has served the community in many areas and is currently active with Chatham Federal Credit Union where he has served more than 20 years on the Board of Directors and various committees.
His interest in working with people extends to the boating community as well. More than 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxilary has provided the opportunity to support boating safety and support the Coast Guard as a volunteer in many areas of safety and security.

Randall Crum , Realtor®
Randall Crum is a native of East Tennessee and the Great Smoky Mountains. He received his Associates Degree in Hospitality Management from Walters State College and later received his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from LaSalle University. Randall worked in the Real Estate Industry system in Tennessee for 10 years serving as a sales associate, property manager and resort manager in Gatlinburg, TN.
The hospitality industry brought Randall to the Savannah area some 15 years ago and, after a brief assignment away, he returned in 1999 to his beloved Savannah and the Georgia coast.
Randall is an area business person involved in various endeavors including real estate sales, property management and health care administration. Randall is President and CEO of Sleep Spectrum Sleep Disorders Centers with locations in Savannah, Pooler and Hinesville, Georgia. Randall also owns and operates Lowcountry Catering Services and Peachtree Professional Cleaning.
Randall’s passion for the real estate industry compelled him to obtain his Georgia real estate license in June of 2009. Ronald Carswell, Realtor®
Ronald Carswell is a native Georgian who moved to Savannah after retiring from IBM Corporation. However, before this move, he kept busy in other occupations – Mount Kisco Chevrolet Cadillac Hummer - Sales and Leasing Consultant and Wats International, Inc - Account Executive.
Ronald is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a degree in Accounting. Matriculation experience includes: University of Maryland Far East Extension; Russell Sage College Masters Program, Albany, NY, and Electronic Programming Institute, Chicago, IL. He served his country in the US Navy, receiving an Honorable Discharge at the end of his tour.
Ronald obtained his Georgia Real Estate License and became a Realtor® in 2006. He has attended the Community Planning Institute in Savannah and Statesboro. Workshops included, but not limited to, The Role of the Planning Commissioner and Georgia’s Planning Framework for implementing the plans. He also attended the Eagle’s Nest Home Builder School in Canton Georgia. There, he received training in various aspects of building a house from location, clearing, zoning requirements, federal OSHA requirements, foundation types, framing, reading blueprints, working with different sub contractors in their fields of specialty, and overview of the different steps in the building phases as a general contractor. Ronald has been a Bryan County Planning and Zoning Commissioner since 2005. Ronald and his family attend Savannah Christian Church where he serves as an usher.

Becky Glenn, Realtor®
Becky Glenn has lived in Savannah for over 16 years. She moved here from Macon with her husband Roger and their two small children, Bethany and Brandy. Her family only expected a short term stay but quickly fell in love with Savannah’s charm and decided to call it home. Becky and her husband decided to expand their family and had two more children, Breanna and Luke. Becky is a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Becky has worked with the YMCA for the past 7 years as assistant and most recently as the director of the child care and preschool. She has helped build the programs into the successful schools that they are today. Becky loves children and enjoys volunteering in her children’s classrooms. She has been involved in the soccer community for many years and enjoys coaching her son and daughters team. Becky is filled with energy, so keeping up with her active children comes easy to her. Carl Griffith , Realtor®
Carl Griffith is from Athens, Georgia and grew up in the town called Normal Town, Georgia. Carl met his wife Cecile while attending the University of Georgia. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1946-1948 and again 1950-1952. Cecile introduced Carl to her home town, Savannah in 1954. Carl was hired on by tug boat company, Atlantic Towing Company where he climbed the ladder from deckhand to captain. After time he was promoted to the Docking Pilot with Coastal Pilots. He is a member of the American Legion of Tybee Island, Georgia and the Lions Club on Wilmington Island, Georgia. Carl’s name is on the monument at the U.S. Point of origin on Tybee which is also dubbed the Korean Memorial Highway which stretches from Tybee Island, Georgia all the way to San Diego, California. Carl is a fourth Degree Knights of Columbus, a member of the Fenian Society and is on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee. Carl is also a member of St. Peter The Apostle’s Catholic Church on Wilmington Island, Georgia. Laura Danielle Berlin, Realtor®
Laura Danielle Berlin was born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island, New York. Being a Northerner her whole life, she decided to venture down south for her college education. Laura is now a recent graduate from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia. Since Laura has always had a passion for business and the real estate industry, she majored in Finance and Real Estate at UGA. Laura was extremely active and involved with the student body during her college career. She held a Vice President position for an organization that brought students, faculty and staff members, as well as prominent business people in the Athens community together to debate and share their thoughts on pressing topics that influenced members of the Athens community. Laura also shared her time working for the Student’s with Disability Services Department; where she assisted students with note taking and test taking strategy. Having enthusiasm for other cultures and learning way of life in other parts of the world, she studied abroad in New Zealand and Fiji where she lived in native villages and learned about their customs as well as their economy. Laura’s career in real estate began with an Internship with a well-respected Long Island Real Estate firm where she began to hone her skills and realize that this was the profession that she wanted to pursue. Laura looks forward to serving the Savannah real estate community and as a Realtor; as she is extremely dedicated to her work and will be to her clients.
