Exclusive Georgia Properties Exclusive Georgia Properties was founded by Chris Wigley in 2009.  Chris is a licensed Georgia real estate broker and a real estate instructor certified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.  Chris has created this brokerage in the mindset that his agents would have a well structured firm that offers the MOST desirable economic package available, while at the same time maintaining a guideline of operation that supports and even enhances the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s license laws and rules and regulations.  Exclusive Georgia Properties Proudly offers the most aggressive agent affiliation packed available and proudly boasts that all of our record affiliation plans allow agents to keep 100% of their earned commission. Chris feels that we are at the cusp of a new business world in real estate and the ways of the traditional brokerages are dated and unfair to real estate sales agents.  As being an instructor that teaches across the state of Georgia, this has afforded Chris the opportunity to evaluate some of the most successful brokerage strategies and tools available, all of which is offered to all of our affiliated agents.
